I got my first seed catalog yesterday! Haven't had a chance to look at it yet, but looking forward to curling up in my blanket and dreaming of spring. Hee! Only in Minnesota!

I love reading the string of comments on a cold Minnesota morning! I am laughing, because each year, we bemoan the first 25-30 degre day, but we would surely welcome it now! Has everyone been receiving lots of catalogs? Favorites? seeds versus plants?

After the extended 4 day nor'easter here in central Maine the temperatures are relatively warm at around 25 - 30 degrees. Supposed to get colder this weekend.

Left Minneapolis on Saturday for Sanibel Florida - cold down here also. Wind chills in the 20's last night and tonight. From Minneapolis I am use to it but it would be nice to feel some warmth.
