Ken, that's cute. Some people have a lot of time on their hands thinking up and making this stuff.

The sun's shining, but snow's on its way! One of my favorite gifts for Christmas is an electric fleece throw - it sure is getting a lot of use so far.

YUP...lots of snow again. And still snowing. And the wind is picking up too. Any shoveling is futile cause it all blows back. Such soft light snow though. Pretty out there but SO COLD!!

Stay warm and safe, Aubra! They're actually saying that we might even get an inch way over here in Norfolk from that storm. But, we'll see! My kids would absolutely love an inch. then, they could make snow angels and try to have a snowball fight. :) Daddy would win! Have fun with your catalogs!

The Snow's started here. I'm getting ready to check the news. It's not bad now, but I'm afraid I'll get to work and not be able to get home. That would not be a good thing... :( Well, if I get snowed in at home today... I have some lovely plant catalogues that came in the mail yesterday... Yeah! Come on Spring!

It's cold here too, but not as bad as some of you have reported.
Got the only plant catalog that I subscribe to today. Plant Delight nursery outside of Raleigh. Online at www.plantdelights.com.

They have an online catalog or you can request a hard copy. Have had really good luck with everything I've bought from them, online or in person. Since they are only open a couple of weekends a year, we have for the last couple of years planned a road trip to the area to sample their offerings on a wonderful 5 acre arboretum.
